Andrew Becker - Executive Director - Integral Without Borders

Andrew views himself as a facilitator of development who works to discover where he might encourage the emergent development of others; primarily at the community level. Before joining the IWB team, he lived in Guatemala, where he designed and managed the Community Finance Program, empowering local leaders to support their communities through financial education workshops and savings group trainings. He has a bachelor's degree in economics and a master's degree in community development.

Julian Chang - Creative Content Director - Colombia Integral Center

Julian has years of experience as a life coach. He studied ontological coaching and has a master's degree in neuro-linguistic programming. He has designed and lead various leadership programs throughout Colombia, and has been a key promoter of the integral movement in Latin America. He is also an author and philosopher that enjoys exploring the deeper dimensions of reality.

Danielle Huffaker - Member, Board of Directors - Integral without Borders

Danielle holds a B.A. in Anthropology from UC Berkeley and has diverse professional experience from marketing for sustainability projects at eBay to community development with small nonprofits in Guatemala. She is also a graduate student at the Centre for Development and Environment at the University of Oslo, where she is conducting research on the role of worldviews and the Maya cosmovision in transformative climate change adaptation.

Santiago Jimenez - Director - Colombia Integral Center

Santiago is an industrial engineer, a musician and a Zen monk authorized to teach in the lineage of Zen Master Genpo Roshi, and Shinzen Young. He is the current director of the Integral Center Colombia, and of the Hispanic-American Integral Conference. Santiago specializes in spiritual development, with a focus on clarity and depth. As a facilitator, he has worked in different countries with individuals and groups ranging from indigenous tribes to transnational executives, sometimes in the same setting.
